You should receive a notification email when your assignment is graded.  If not, then, go back to the assignment submission area of your course where you originally submitted your assignment, click on your submission and see if the feedback is there.

You can also check the assignment resubmission area to see if your assignment and the feedback are there instead.

If you still cannot see the feedback then it's possible your tutor hasn't had the time to correct your assignment yet.  Please be patient.  Wait another 48 hours before submitting a Moodle Support query. :)
