You need to contact your tutor who can revert your old submission to draft. Once your tutor has done this, you need to go back to the place where you submitted your assignment (assignment submission area), click on the submission and delete it.   Once the old document has been deleted you can upload your new document in its place, making sure you save all the changes and click on all submit buttons along the way.
